We had a great stay near the subway station and supermarket. Hotel facilities were clean and staff was friendly. Best aspects: location, transportation, and cleanliness.

Breakfast, rooms nice, everything clean and orderly.

No air-conditioning. Or was not turned on, rooms tiny and dark. Not easy for transport or getting to the main tourist attractions. Dated decor and sometimes unhelpful staff. I checked out early. Breakfast was awful. When asking for a taxi to be booked they did not bother so when you arrived at reception waiting to go you had another half an hour wait to get your taxi and were then late for your appointment.

Conveniently located near metro, with a variety of tasty breakfast options. Room provides extensive amenities including toiletries, towels, and hair care products. Pleasant atmosphere in the hotel's hallway. Helpful staff, particularly one English-speaking member. Quick resolution to Wi-Fi issues.

For the first four days of my week stay in the hotel the room was too cold. The laundry didn't clean my clothes in a proper way.

Had a wonderful Christmas time at this hotel. The breakfast was exquisite with a wide variety of Chinese and Western options. The indoor pool was a great way to escape the winter chill, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area, and there was a grocery store nearby that came in handy for purchasing snacks. , the room was very clean and well-appointed.

The lack of English spoken by some staff members, which made it challenging to communicate at times. there was no shuttle service provided by the hotel, which meant relying on taxis to get around.

I especially appreciated the attention to detail, with additional amenities like combs, shoe cleaning supplies, and various bath products provided. The hotel also offers room service, car hire, and a 24-hour reception, ensuring that all of my needs were met throughout my stay.
